Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched the same day when placed before our daily cutoff, and typically arrive within 48 hours inside Dhaka and 48-72 hours outside Dhaka. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size — orders of 5 items or more qualify for free delivery. Cash on delivery and bKash are both accepted. Tracking details are shared by SMS once your order ships.
